Deaf representation on TV has continued to grow this week with a deaf contestant on Channel 4’s Handmade: Britain’s Best Woodworker. Also, comedian John Bishop has launched a new documentary – John & Joe Bishop: Life After Deaf – which is about British Sign Language and deaf awareness with his son, Joe, who lives with hearing loss.
