Firstly, we hope all our customers and their friends and family are staying well and safe – it’s been a very strange few months, but slowly things are beginning to lift.
In line with Government guidance Mountain Trike shut their premises at the start of April and production had to cease. Tim has still been available to answer queries and thankfully still process new orders we have been receiving. We are delighted that following the new Government guidance that we have re-opened HQ to resume the production line for customer orders and we’re looking forward to new Trikes being built and dispatched to customers.
We have also resumed our UK hire scheme and are also offering demonstrations for customers who have requested these.
The hire scheme is available for customers who are considering purchasing one of our all terrain wheelchairs and would like to try it in their own environment at their leisure. Hire can be from 2 – 9 days and is available for our Mountain Trike and MT Push products. Full detail can be found on our Try page, here.
Again, for customers in the UK we are offering one on one demonstrations, Roger our sales manager has taken all the necessary steps to ensure he can provide these demos in a safe environment and will follow all guidance in terms of social distancing and hygiene.
